All text, photos, and videos on this website are the property of BellaNOVA and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability
BellaNOVA is not responsible for:

  • Costs related to veterinary care after the kitten leaves our possession.

  • Behavioral changes due to the new home environment.

  • Delays or issues caused by third-party transport providers.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.

Health & Veterinary Care

  • All kittens are health-checked, vaccinated (age-appropriate), and dewormed before adoption.

  • A written health record will be provided at pick-up.

  • We provide a health guarantee as outlined in our Health Guarantee Policy (available upon request).

Buyer Responsibilities
By adopting a kitten from BellaNOVA, you agree to:

  • Provide appropriate veterinary care, nutrition, and housing.

  • Keep the kitten indoors and in a safe environment.

  • Not declaw the kitten.

  • Contact BellaNOVA if you can no longer keep the kitten, so we may assist with rehoming.

Returns & Refunds

  • Once a kitten leaves our care, returns are not accepted for health or behavioral issues due to the stress of rehoming.

  • In exceptional cases, BellaNOVA may assist in rehoming but no refunds will be issued.

General Information
BellaNOVA is a boutique RagaMuffin cattery based in Virginia. We provide kitten adoption services, stud services, accessories, and related products. All kittens are sold as pets unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Deposits & Payments

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another kitten or litter within 12 months.

  • Full payment is due before a kitten leaves our care.

  • We accept payments through approved online methods (e.g., credit card, PayPal) or in-person.

  • Prices are listed in USD and do not include shipping costs.

Shipping & Pick-Up

  • Shipping is not included in the kitten price.

  • At present, we offer pick-up at our Virginia location. Shipping options will be listed on our Shipping Services page once available.

  • All transport must be safe and humane, in accordance with animal welfare standards.
